ORDERS

Orders can be placed via the form above or by email at vallila@thepantry.fi.

Orders must be placed at least 3 business days prior to the event. For larger orders (over 50 guests), the order deadline is 5 business days.

A rush order fee of €20.00 will be added to orders placed less than 24 hours before delivery. In these cases, product availability must be confirmed directly with the restaurant.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The confirmed number of guests will be used as the basis for invoicing.

For events with fewer than 20 guests, changes to the number of guests, food, or beverages can be made up to 3 business days prior to the event. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours (business days) before the event will be charged in full.

For events with more than 20 guests, changes can be made up to 5 business days prior to the event. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours (business days) before the event will be charged in full.

For events with more than 50 guests, changes can be made up to 7 business days prior to the event. Orders cancelled less than 72 hours (business days) before the event will be charged in full.

Any changes after these deadlines must be agreed separately with the restaurant.

We always accommodate allergies and special dietary requirements that have been communicated to the restaurant in advance.
