TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORDERS:
Orders by email: porkkalankatu@thepantry.fi . Orders must be placed at least 3 business days before the event. For larger orders (+50 people), the order deadline is 5 business days.For orders placed less than 24 hours before delivery, a rush order fee of €20.00 will be added, and in these cases, it is advisable to check product availability with the restaurant.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The confirmed number of guests will be used as the basis for billing.
- For events with fewer than 20 guests, changes to the number of guests, food, and beverages can be made up to 3 business days before the event. Orders canceled less than 24 hours (on a business day) before the event will be charged in full.
- For events with more than 20 guests, changes to the number of guests, food, and beverages can be made up to 5 business days before the event. Orders canceled less than 48 hours (business days) before the event will be charged in full.
- For events with more than 50 guests, changes to the number of guests, food, and beverages can be made up to 7 business days before the event. Orders canceled less than 72 hours (business days) before the event will be charged in full.
Any changes made after this must always be discussed separately and directly with the restaurant.
