Orders must be placed at least 3 business days before the event.
For larger orders (+50 people), the ordering time is at least 5 business days in advance.
For orders placed less than 24 hours before delivery, an express order fee of 20.00 € will be added. In these cases, we recommend checking product availability directly with the restaurant.
CANCELLATION TERMS:
The confirmed number of guests will be used as the basis for billing.
For events of fewer than 20 people, changes to the number of guests, food, and drinks can be made up to 3 business days before the event.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours (on business days) before the event will be charged in full.
For events of more than 20 people, changes to the number of guests, food, and drinks can be made up to 5 business days before the event.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours (on business days) before the event will be charged in full.
For events of more than 50 people, changes to the number of guests, food, and drinks can be made up to 7 business days before the event.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours (on business days) before the event will be charged in full.
Any changes made after these deadlines must always be agreed separately directly with the restaurant.
We always take into account any allergies and special dietary requirements that have been communicated to the restaurant in advance.
